What do I do
RESIDENCE PERMIT
I can assist with residence permits for temporary, permanent and EU residency. The Legal Stay office offers professional assistance in obtaining residence permit. Namely:
- granting a temporary residence permit (stay over 3 months, but max. 3 years)
- permanent residence permits (Polish card – Karta Polaka, Confirmation of Polish origin, marriage with a Polish citizen)
- EU residence permits (after 5 years of legal stay in Poland)
My assistance in obtaining residence permit as your representative is comprehensive and includes:
- on-site visits (any place of your choice)
- supplementing the application with help with completing all required documents
- arranging an appointment for application submission and for collection of fingerprints
- conducting correspondence with the Office on your behalf during ongoing legal proceedings (receiving letters and responding to them, providing any missing documents)
- arranging appointment to collect your resident permit
The average duration of the entire procedure is only 5 months!
If necessary, I also send official letters to accelerate the decision on your case or to request a repeal of the decision in case if application gets rejected

The Legal Stay office offers professional help to employers who want to legally employ foreigners in Poland on the basis of voivodship permits and provisions of cross border services in Poland

POLISH CITIZENSHIP
The Legal Stay office offers professional help to foreigners who want to obtain Polish citizenship. According to applicable law, it be granted by the President of the Republic of Poland or by recognition of a Polish citizen by a voivode.
